The Corporate Secretary is appointed to carry out the Company’s compliance, corporate governance, communication, and disclosure functions pursuant to Board of Directors Resolution of PT Moya Indonesia No. MI/DIR/SK/26.02/031 dated February 13th, 2026 regarding the Appointment of the Corporate Secretary of PT Moya Indonesia.
The Corporate Secretary performs his duties and responsibilities in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK No. 35/2014”) and other applicable capital market regulations. In performing his functions, the Corporate Secretary reports to the Board of Directors of the Company.
The appointment and/or dismissal of the Corporate Secretary is determined by resolution of the Board of Directors and reported to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Pinky Dwianto
Indonesian citizen, born in 1963. Previously served as Team Head at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), Head of the Remedial Division at PT Bank Centris International, Head of the Remedial Division at PT Bank Namura Internusa, Head of the Credit Division at PT Bank Duta, and Group Head at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero).
